Inaugural Firewolf National Reunion – Pensacola, FL

You’ve all flown, fixed her, towed her, and washed her. Pulled her phase and changed her tires, logged her info, and put her to bed. Now’s your chance to see her (Buno 163787, Firehawk 302/ Redwolf 202) in the National Naval Aviation Museum (NNAM) as the aircraft with the MOST COMBAT TIME of any in Naval Aviation History! Spend a few days this coming April 24th and 25th in beautiful Pensacola, Florida, honoring her and your place in history and visiting with unmatched friends! From HAL 3/4/5, VAL4, HC 7/9, to HCS 4/5, and HSC 84 and 85; we all had a part. Let’s share this honor with family, friends, and comrades.
For those who can arrive early, there are smaller, local get-togethers being planned for Thursday the 23rd, as well. The larger events already planned include:
Friday 24 April
1300-1500: National Naval Aviation Museum (NNAM) Reception: Blue Angel Atrium, NAS Pensacola.

Details; Reception with appetizers and a no-host bar. Visit with reunion attendees, tour museum and view 163787 as desired before, during and after reception until 1600. Museum is on NAS Pensacola. There is no charge to enter and tour the Museum.
Special Notes
Attire is smart casual with NO beach wear, shirts, sandals, etc, for adult attendees.
Visitors who do not have an Active/Retired/Reserve/Dependent or other DOD Access ID Card must contact Ray Bellant NLT 15 March 2026.
The Naval Aviation Museum has a CLEAR PACKAGE/BAG policy in effect. This includes any type of package including purses.

- Golf event is separate from weekend reunion; golf cost is not included in reunion fee.
- There are 40 spots and will be first come, first serve. Please sign up when the announcement is made on the Firewolf website or via email to ensure a spot.
No other events are planned during the day on Saturday. Please take the opportunity to enjoy Pensacola and/or the beach as desired and save your appetite for the reunion dinner.

Dinner and dessert will be a sit-down meal served at tables and no-host bars will be available. Choices and special arrangement information will be provided soon, but those with known special needs or questions may contact Ray at any time to coordinate ahead, but no later than 15 March 2026.
Attire is business casual.

- No. You can easily join Association by adding $50 for annual membership ($85 for 3 years) when paying for reunion and continue to read below.

The secondary method of registration is to download attachment accompanying this email and fill out registration form and scan or email to Don Hughes (info is on the attachment). You can pay for membership, the reunion and order meals all on the attachment.
As done at the San Diego Reunion, there will be one fee levied per adult participant of $100 to cover all event food, venue rentals and cleanup, service fees, dining and administrative supplies, facility fees, taxes, caterer/service staff tips, bar set-up and bartender fee, photography, and a to-be-announced reunion memorabilia article. Bar drinks and bartender tips, as well as all golf costs are NOT included in the Reunion Fee!!!

In order to help defray the advance costs of necessary venue and catering deposits, we would ask that attendees make payments as soon as possible. To guarantee registration and attendance, Registration and payment MUST BE MADE BY 15 March 2026.

OF POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL INTEREST to those traveling to Pensacola:
If your travel plans accommodate arrival earlier in the week, the BLUE ANGELS have open practices scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday the 22nd and 23rd of April. Many people view from around town and the beaches but there is public access possible on the flight line behind the Naval Aviation Museum.
